90 DAY PROBATIONARY PERIOD: The first 90 days of your employment are considered to be a “trial period”. It gives us a chance to find out whether your work, attitude and attendance measure up to our standards. During your probationary 90 days, if we feel your work habits are not meeting our standards, we may release you. Of course, during this period you may decide to resign without stating a reason with at least one week’s notice, or may be released by the company on the same basis (exception: major policy violations will result in immediate termination).
