Orchard Hills Athletic Club offers a wide array of Group Fitness Classes to help you stay fit in a fun and comfortable environment. Our club is home to over 145 exciting live and virtual classes per week designed for a variety of interests and participants of all abilities and taught by professionally trained and certified instructors! Ages 12 and up may participate.
You must reserve a spot in our live Group Fitness and Cycling classes. You may do so up to 48 hours in advance online, over the phone, or at the front desk. Please know that late arrivals more than five minutes after class has started will not be allowed to participate and cancellations within 3 hours or no shows are subject to a $10 cancellation fee . If you know you will not be able to make a class, please cancel your reservation so that others may take your spot.

Cycling is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days), and recovery that involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.
Water Aerobics uses the natural resistance of the water to improve strength, conditioning and flexibility. Our classes are designed for all levels of fitness and age groups. No swimming ability is required.
Orchard Hills Bootcamp is a 30 minute, fun, fast paced, cardiovascular, weight and functional training class in a small group atmosphere that is unique, effective, motivational and safe for any fitness level!
